At AlphaTech, much of our production work is close-tolerance CNC machining. We can handle everything from high-volume production runs to complex one-offs. AlphaTech is known in the industry for our ability to be flexible while maintaining attention to detail.
We work with materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, super alloys (Hastelloy C-276, Tantalum, Inconel, etc.), plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous castings. Industries we serve include instrumentation (liquid and pneumatic flow lines), fiber optics, computer electronics, automotive, etc.
We employ full-time programmers to keep all CNC and EDM machines programmed. Our CAM packages include MasterCAM and Esprit. Programs are transmitted via CIMCO DNC. It is our goal to machine your parts quickly while maintaining the highest quality standards.
