Meet the Team
Al Worley – President
Al established AlphaTech in 1998 as a new company following the dissolution of Industrial Precision of Asheville, Inc., a previous business that he founded in the early 1970’s.
Although his day-to-day involvement in AlphaTech has diminished, he is still actively involved in strategizing and vision casting.
Joe Worley – New Business Development
Joe started working with AlphaTech in 1998 in the capacity of mechanical design. He currently spearheads new business, oversights finances, administration and HR.
Art Kanupp – Manufacturing Production Engineer
Art was a Master Tool Maker at Industrial Precision of Asheville, Inc. He migrated with AlphaTech in 1998 and moved into his current role of production planning and resource allocation. He has been a key factor in the success of both companies.
Robert Owen – Manufacturing Process Engineer
Robert has been a plant manager for an international manufacturing company and knows what it takes to run a lean, profitable business. His role with AlphaTech is multi-faceted. His duties encompass estimating, project management, contract negotiation and more.
Deane Potter – Applications Engineer
Deane comes from an IT background but his education and interest is electrical engineering and applications. Whether is IT related, automation control development or troubleshooting, Deane keeps AlphaTech on the cutting edge of technology.
Hilary Lundberg – Director of Communications / ISO Representative
Hilary began working at AlphaTech in 2014 and has successfully maintained ISO certification and documentation for AlphaTech. Her role is versatile but presently includes ISO documentation, social media, marketing and more.
Keith Owenby - Business Director for AlphaTech Firearms
Keith has recently moved into the position of Business Director for Alphatech’s Firearm Division. Keith works with the Management, Engineering and the Sales/Marketing teams to promote ATI products and contract manufacturing services as they pertain to the firearms industry.
